Why can't I access Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other websites blocked in Russia using your VPN?
Our VPN is not intended for bypassing Russian internet restrictions. It is designed to provide secure and stable access to Russian online services — such as Gosuslugi, Mos.ru, Russian Post, Russian Railways, the tax service, and banks — especially in countries where these services may be unavailable (e.g., Turkey, Georgia, Thailand, etc.).
What should I do if the VPN doesn't connect?
Please check the following: • A stable internet connection is available; • The iOS version and the app are up to date; • No other VPNs or profiles are active in the system settings. You can also try restarting your device.
Do I need to install certificates manually?
No. All necessary certificates are installed automatically by the app during the first launch. Manual installation is not required.
How can I make sure the connection is actually encrypted?
When the VPN is active, a VPN icon will appear in the iOS status bar. All data is transmitted through a secure channel using modern encryption algorithms.
What should I do if a certificate has expired or fails verification?
Delete the old VPN profile and reinstall the app — a new configuration will be created automatically.
Are any logs of my VPN activity stored?
No. The app does not track or record your online activity. No logs of visited websites, IP addresses, or connection times are saved.
Does the app collect personal data?
No. The app does not request or store any data that could identify the user. Only anonymous technical metrics are used to improve app performance.

How do I cancel my VPN subscription on iOS?

Tap it and select Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. No charges will be made for the next billing cycle.
