Terms of Use for the Matryoshka VPN App for iOS Last Updated: August 25, 2024 Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our VPN connection application. By using the app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. 1. General Provisions

    1. 1.1. The app is designed to connect an iOS device to a Virtual Private Network (VPN), ensuring privacy and data security when using the internet.
    2. 1.2. We reserve the right to change or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect as soon as they are published in the app.

    1. 2.1. The app enables you to connect to VPN servers via the internet.
    2. 2.2. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties.
    3. 2.3. A stable internet connection is required to use the app; this connection is outside of our control and responsibility.
    4. 2.4. We are not liable for any issues or damages resulting from the use of third-party services or applications integrated with our app.
    5. 2.5. We do not guarantee that the app will function on all device models or versions of iOS and/or macOS, iPadOS, or tvOS. You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the app.
    6. 2.6. You acknowledge that the use of the app and VPN service may be restricted or blocked in certain countries or regions where VPN services are prohibited. We are not responsible for the consequences of using the app in such countries.

    1. 3.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data transmitted via the VPN connection is encrypted; however, we cannot guarantee complete security in the event of a network breach.

    5. 4.5. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or versions of iOS, macOS, iPadOS, or tvOS. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility.

  5. 5. Usage Restrictions

    2. 6.2. All subscription payments are processed via the Apple App Store. We do not store any payment card information.
    3. 6.3. Refunds, subscription cancellations, and other payment-related matters are governed by Apple App Store's terms and policies. We are not responsible for refund processing or financial transactions related to subscriptions.
    4. 6.4. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, with a 30-day notice before changes take effect. Subscription changes will be subject to Apple App Store policies.

    2. 7.2. We are not obligated to provide support or updates and are not liable for issues caused by outdated app versions.

    4. 8.4. We are not liable for violations of local laws in countries where VPN usage is prohibited.
